Letter of Introduction Addressing the Roots of Poverty Through Community Resilient Housing Agundiz Design S.C. respectfully presents this Background Assessment and Master Partnership Proposal for the Community Resilient ThermoHome Initiative in Mexico. This document has been prepared to demonstrate that inadequate housing is not an isolated challenge. It is closely connected to persistent poverty, public health disparities, climate vulnerability, energy poverty, limited economic opportunity, and social inequality affecting vulnerable families and Indigenous communities, particularly in the region surrounding Ciudad Fernández, San Luis Potosí. The research presented in the following chapters highlights the structural conditions that continue to limit community well-being.
