Action Together Community Resilient ThermoHome Initiative About the Initiative The Community Resilient ThermoHome Initiative is a humanitarian housing program focused on families living in conditions of poverty and vulnerability in Ciudad Fernández, San Luis Potosí, Mexico . The initiative responds to a fundamental reality: poverty is often reinforced by the conditions in which people live.
