Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PEAS) Training Plan

1. Purpose
Agundiz Design S.C. is committed to ensuring that all personnel understand and comply with the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PEAS) Policy.
This Training Plan establishes mandatory safeguarding education for all individuals representing the organization.
2. Scope
This training applies to:
- Employees
- Volunteers
- Board Members
- Consultants
- Contractors
- Interns
- Community Workers
- Partner Organizations, where applicable
3. Training Objectives
Participants will learn:
- The principles of the PEAS Policy.
- The Code of Conduct.
- Appropriate professional behavior.
- Recognition of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment.
- Confidential reporting procedures.
- Survivor-centered response principles.
- Individual responsibilities under Agundiz Design S.C. policies.
4. Training Frequency
- All new personnel shall receive PEAS orientation before beginning their duties whenever practicable.
- Refresher training should be conducted at least once every 12 months or when significant policy updates occur.
5. Attendance Records
Agundiz Design S.C. shall maintain attendance records for all PEAS training sessions.

6. Responsibilities
The Founder & Director is responsible for ensuring that training materials are available and that personnel complete the required orientation.
7. Record Retention
Training records shall be maintained by Agundiz Design S.C. as evidence of organizational compliance and may be presented during donor or United Nations due diligence processes when requested.
8. Approval
