Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to establish the principles governing the design, manufacture, quality assurance, installation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Agundiz Design S.C. ThermoBlock Climate Control System.
The ThermoBlock System is intended to support resilient, energy-efficient, healthy, safe, and sustainable buildings that contribute to improved quality of life and climate adaptation.

Construction Safety & Occupational Health Policy

Every project shall implement a Construction Safety Management System based on applicable Mexican laws and regulations and internationally recognized occupational safety principles.
The Safety Management System shall include:
- Safety leadership and accountability.
- Hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Safe work planning before construction begins.
- Worker training and competency.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Fall prevention and fall protection.
- Electrical safety and lockout procedures where applicable.
- Excavation and trench safety.
- Scaffold and ladder safety.
- Safe operation of machinery, tools, and lifting equipment.
- Fire prevention and emergency preparedness.
- Heat stress prevention and worker welfare.
- Dust, silica, and hazardous material control where applicable.
- First aid, medical response, and emergency communication.
- Incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
- Regular inspections, audits, and continuous improvement.
